Gnosis (from the Greek word for knowledge, ??????) is used in English to specify the spiritual knowledge of a saint or enlightened human being. It is described as the direct experiential knowledge of the supernatural or divine. This is not enlightenment understood in its general sense of insight or learning (which in Greek is ??????????) but enlightenment that validates the existence of the supernatural. (!! hic !!). And you’re meant to hear the G when someone pronounces it … Like ggg-nosis…

Ski (from a time-bound tradition of nomenclature warping, means S. Krishnan in corporate and other hallowed circles of late)

Beer (Thank God its Friday on a balmy, barmy, Tuesday evening)

Bangalore (nice place, includes Ski, Beer and Gnosis)

Me, a darned wanderer into wild lands inhabited by once-thought-and-now-not-so-often-revealed strange specimen of the human kind (detailed above someplace).

A royal, raving time of discussing things using expressions bordering on the lunatic (those hearing this would have surely called it “enlightened” and so on, but that’s their headache, not ours).

Memories again :) a good number of them.

Thanks, Ski !!!
