People's aspiration is what we wont be able to satisfy very easily. When they are desire for designation ,when that is met, they desire for some other thing.

Its all expectation world we are living.I dont agree with the point when people aspirations are met they stick in company for long time.

Iam in search of factors identfying for retaining employees in the organisation .Is there anything that can be done without fullfilling the aspirations of employee?,suggest?

The way Rahul had the will and power to say that Mumbai is for INDIA.
Does He have the guts to say that Kashmir is for India ...!
No...!! If He can't say like that then Why is the Government of India like a fool pouring so many funds from the kitty of the Indian Taxpayer for the development of the Kashmir Valley...??!

Did you know that Jammu & Kashmir is not governed by the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972, but has its own Act, which is not as stringent. The most significant difference between the two Acts is that the J&K legislation allows hunting and trade in many endangered species like the leopard, jackal and what are called the lesser cats, whereas hunting is completely prohibited as per the Wildlife Protection Act (India) 1972.

Great pictures, Sanjeev! I particularly liked the one with Manoj emerging from the shadows. It's almost trick photography! ;-)

Too bad we didn't have a chance to talk more this time. The next tweetup, perhaps?
